Review Policy

All articles will be subjected to double-blind peer review. Scope of the conference, structure, research technique, ethical conduct,
language standard, research insights, references, hypothesis, result presentation, proficiency, format, and a variety of other factors are
all considered during the assessment process.

This conference takes intellectual property protection very seriously. Every submission will be checked for plagiarism and similarity.
- The novelty and innovative research contribution of the paper will be evaluated.
- The submitted manuscript will undergo review (Scope Check, Plagiarism Check, and Technical Check) by the Technical Program Chairs.

Based on the technical, plagiarism, and scope checks, the Technical Program Chairs recommends a maximum of 3 reviewers for a comprehensive
evaluation.

After receiving feedback from the reviewers, authors may submit a revised version of their manuscript, addressing the reviewers' comments
and making necessary improvements.
- The revised manuscript undergoes a final review to ensure that all concerns raised by the reviewers have been adequately addressed.
- Upon successful completion of the review process, the manuscript is accepted for publication.
- Accepted papers and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
Plagiarism Policy
- Please be aware that plagiarized articles will be rejected (must be 15% or less, excluding references).
- It is strictly forbidden to copy content from other articles. However, proper quotations and citations are required.
- Articles that fail the plagiarism check will be rejected without review.
Ethics and Malpractice Statement
We expect all participants, including authors, reviewers, organizers, and attendees, to adhere to the following principles:

Authors must ensure that their submissions are original work and properly cite any sources they use. Plagiarism in any form is
unacceptable and will result in immediate rejection of the submission and potential prohibition from future participation.

All individuals who have made significant contributions to the research presented in a paper must be listed as authors. Corresponding
authors are responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and agree to its
submission.

Authors, reviewers, and organizers must disclose any conflicts of interest that could affect the impartiality or integrity of the review
process or the conference proceedings. Conflicts of interest may include financial interests, personal relationships, or institutional
affiliations.

Reviewers must treat all submissions as confidential documents and refrain from sharing or discussing their contents with others who are
not involved in the review process. Authors must also respect the confidentiality of the review process and not contact reviewers
directly.

Reviewers are expected to provide fair, unbiased, and constructive feedback on submissions, focusing on the quality and significance of
the research presented. Personal criticism or derogatory comments are not permitted.

Attendees must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all conference events, including presentations, discussions,
and social activities. Discriminatory behavior, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated.

Any suspected violations of ethical standards or incidents of malpractice should be reported to the conference organizers immediately for
investigation and appropriate action.
Note: Violations of these principles may result in sanctions, including rejection of submissions, revocation of conference
registration, or reporting to relevant institutions or authorities.
